The war memoriasl are in the form of plaques inside Bethesda Baptish Church, 9 St Margaret's Plain, Ipswich, Suffolk. Each takes the form of an alabaster plaque with a black surround. There are eighteen name slisted for World War 1 and six for World Wa r 2.

Attested 22 January 1916 at Moose Jaw, Saskatewan, Canada, aged 24 years 2 months, height 5 feet 6 inches, girth 36 inches, ruddy complexion, grey eyes, brown hair, religious denomination Presbyterian (note).
