The memorial takes the form of a brass plaque inside the church. There are no World War 2 names but there are four graves in the churchyard.

ABBOTT	Frank	Rifleman 42339, 12th Battalion, Royal Irish Rifles. Died of wounds Saturday 18th September 1917 in France & Flanders. Age 19. Born and resident Old Weston, enlisted Bedford. Son of Frank Abbott, of Old Weston. Formerly TR/13/5763, Training Reserve. Buried in ABBEVILLE COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION, Somme, France. Grave III. C. 2.
BODGER	Charles William	Private 27503, 5th Battalion, Border Regiment. Died of wounds at home Sunday 5th May 1918. Age 38. Enlisted Huntingdon, resident Old Weston. Son of Mrs. Sarah Bodger, of Old Weston. Buried in south-west corner of St Swithun, Churchyard, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire.
BODDINGTON	Thomas	Private 31345, 16th Battalion, Lancashire Fusiliers. Died of wounds Tuesday 14th August 1917 in France & Flanders. Age 35. Formerly 124633, Royal Field Artillery. Born Old Weston, enlisted Thrapston, Northamptonshire. Son of Mrs. Emma Boddington, of Old Weston. Buried in ZUYDCOOTE MILITARY CEMETERY, Nord, France. Grave I. A. 2.
JARVIS	James	possibly James Jarvis, Private PLY/16072, H.M.S. "Monmouth.", Royal Marine Light Infantry. Died on Sunday 1st November 1914. Commemorated on PLYMOUTH NAVAL MEMORIAL, Devon. Column 5.
TURNER	Harry	No further information currently
TURNER	Walter James	Private 55197, "A" Company, 1st Battalion, Prince of Wales's (North Staffordshire Regiment). Killed in action Friday 8th November 1918 in France & Flanders. Age 19. Born and resident Old Weston, enlisted Bedford. Son of Peter James and Eliza Turner. Native of Old Weston, Huntingdon. Buried in east part of BAVAY COMMUNAL CEMETERY, Nord, France.

BOYCE	Norman George Wood	Sergeant R/675612, Observer, Royal Canadian Air Force. Died Thursday 26th March 1942. Buried in St Swithun, Churchyard, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire. Sec. A. Grave 3.
DOBIE	Robert Charles	Sergeant R/92079, Pilot, Royal Canadian Air Force. Died Thursday 26th March 1942. Age 23. Son of Gladys V. Williamson, of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. Buried in St Swithun, Churchyard, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire. Sec.A. Grave 4.
LINDSEY	Donald Cole	Flight Sergeant R/69761, Wireless Operator/Air Gunner, Royal Canadian Air Force. Died Thursday 26th March 1942. Age 20. Son of Fanny Lindsey, of Battle Creek, Michigan, U.S.A. Buried in St Swithun, Churchyard, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire. Sec. A. Grave 2.
O'LEARY	Robert Joseph	Flight Sergeant R/54187, Wireless Operator/Air Gunner, Royal Canadian Air Force. Died Thursday 26th March 1942. Age 20. Son of Michael Joseph and Bernice O'Leary, of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Buried in St Swithun, Churchyard, Old Weston, Huntingdonshire. Sec. A. Grave 1.
